About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed based in Alexandria, VA. Since graduating from The George Washington University in 2018 with a degree in Counseling, I have worked as a School Counselor in Northern Virginia. I have experience working with adolescents with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family dynamics, communication difficulties, executive functioning, as well as military families.
My therapy style is client centered and strengths based. This means I believe that clients are the experts on their lives and I work collaboratively with children and their families to identify strengths and determine a path forward.

It takes courage to take the first steps towards change! It is always an honor to be a part of a client’s journey toward healing and I strive to create a safe and comforting space for my clients to express themselves.

In my spare time, I enjoy boating on the Chesapeake Bay with my husband and toddler, as well as exploring all the wonderful outdoor adventures the DMV has to offer!
